Marketing Coordinator
The role requires a candidate who is organized, a self-starter, dedicated, follows process, and can work through problems. The marketing coordinator role will support various team members, so clear communication and positive engagement with others is essential. The role includes booking and organizing logistics for a wide variety of trade events attended by Avolve and data management – from building lists to active, ongoing management of data fields. As a small team there is potential for the marketing coordinator to get involved with a wide range of marketing activities and extend their experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a step into marketing to gain some experience, or someone who has a background in data management. Avolve has staff across North America and Europe, so our ideal candidate is comfortable managing others, collaborating with a team, and working independently.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in North America. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Growth Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Event logistics
- Data and reporting management
- Marketing systems support
- Marketing projects and team support as allocated
Qualifications:
- Marketing course or work experience desirable.
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with requirement to utilize a variety of marketing tools
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation and project planning software, ideal but not essential
