Marketing Operations Manager
To support our expanded growth and markets, Avolve is seeking a detailed-orientated, metrics-driven, and highly organized Marketing Operations Manager to manage marketing data and operations.
- Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
- Location: Remote (US based, ideally East-coast, candidates must have US work authorization)
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant professional marketing experience, with a focus on operations. Must have HubSpot experience, B2B tech company experience is ideal.

The marketing team has a vital role to play in communicating our message and supporting our global growth, so we are seeking a marketing operations manager to build best practice metrics, optimize HubSpot processes, and report on return-on-investment of marketing activities.
Marketing Operations Manager role
We are looking for an experienced marketing and data operations manager with experience using HubSpot and (ideally) ABM tools such as Propensity or 6Sense. This person will be responsible for setting objectives, coordinating and measuring marketing campaigns, implementing and leveraging marketing automation tools to deliver accurate and actionable insights, and setting up and managing reporting on key marketing metrics. S/he will work closely with the lead generation team to outline key learnings, develop plans to improve and optimize performance, evaluate new systems and tactics, as well as support the CMO on across marketing performance metrics and evaluation.
This hands-on role is part of a lean, hardworking remote team, so the ideal candidate is a great communicator, detail-oriented, and highly organized, including the ability to multi-task and operate with some ambiguity. Avolve staff are located across North America and Europe, so we are looking for someone who thrives both while collaborating with a team and working independently.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in North America, ideally based on the East Coast. The Marketing Operations Manager will report to the CMO.
Your responsibilities
- Own the management of HubSpot and the ABM platform Propensity, optimizing the performance by ensuring implementation, usage, and reporting best practices.
- Partner with the Revenue Operations Manager to ensure effective data integration with Salesforce (our CRM) and reporting across the go-to-market lifecycle.
- Identify and implement new processes and technologies to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the process for passing MQL leads to sales.
- Support the lead generation team to evaluate and manage the performance of campaigns, including emails, landing pages, on-site performance, social, and advertising.
- Support campaign strategy planning to ensure that we are directing our resources toward the highest return-on-investment strategies, channels, and tactics.
- Own lead scoring and data segmentation in HubSpot.
- Support the CMO with MQL>SQL, MQL>Closed Won, CPL, and other core metrics, building management reporting, as well as budgetary support.
Your qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant professional marketing experience, with a specialist focus on marketing data and operations, ideally at B2B technology companies.
- Highly quantitative and data-driven, with a track record of optimizing, understanding, and acting on marketing data, metrics, and performance.
- Experience with systems management of HubSpot, ABM software, project planning software, and other marketing technology tools
- Track record of collaborating with other team members as well as autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities
- Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Experience in managing data and marketing analytics
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
