Position Summary
Avolve is seeking a Lead Generation Marketing Manager to drive our lead generation efforts and support our growth objectives. This role requires expertise in B2B demand generation, campaign management, and marketing analytics. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate across sales, product, and operations, execute multi-channel campaigns, and deliver measurable results that fuel our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities

Manage the marketing lead generation funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads to sales
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, social, paid online advertising) to nurture prospects and deliver MQLs
Create campaign content, including copywriting, landing pages, digital and print ads, and video, following brand guidelines
Utilize ABM platforms and paid media to target key personas in buyer groups
Report on and evaluate marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize future efforts
Support event marketing and SDR outreach with aligned messaging and enablement materials
Drive best practice HubSpot workflows to automate campaign flows, working alongside marketing operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
6+ years of relevant demand generation professional marketing experience in a B2B role, ideally with technology and/or public sector exposure
Proven ability to deliver lead generation goals and manage data-driven marketing campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and template design (Canva, email creation tools)
Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation and project planning software
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ABM platforms and paid media targeting
Public sector marketing experience
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Compensation:
We consider multiple factors when determining your compensation offer, including your skills, experience, and work location. The posted salary range represents the target base pay for this role at the time of posting. Individual pay within the range is determined by job-related factors such as qualifications and geographic market.
The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000. This range does not include potential bonuses (if applicable) or benefits. Your recruiter can provide more details about total compensation during the hiring process.
