As a Product Manager for our SaaS GovTech solution, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, services, marketing, and sales to ensure that our product meets the evolving needs of government agencies. The ideal candidate has an understanding of government processes, is highly analytical, and is passionate about using technology to solve public sector challenges.

This is a remote, full-time position open to candidates based in the United States. The Product Manager reports to the Chief Product & Technology Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS GovTech solutions, aligning with the company’s goals and customer needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay up to date with trends in government technology, public sector regulations, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients, potential clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and translate those into product requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely product development and successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development process, including creating and managing user stories, product specs, and backlogs. Prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance metrics, track product performance, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure the product complies with relevant government standards, regulations, and security protocols.
  • Launch & Support: Oversee product launches, enable internal teams and provide customer webinars. Work with customer support to address any issues post-launch.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within GovTech industries.
  • Experience working with public sector clients or government agencies is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
  • Experience with Esri, land management, regulations, and compliance requirements preferred.

Compensation:
  • Pay Range: $80k-$110k annual salary (Boston, MA)
  • Salary will be adjusted based on geographic location
